PAX: Boo Boo, Mutton, BAM (and the always faithful Picnic Basket!)

YHC was pleasantly surprised yesterday to learn he was the Q.  Not through any fault of the Site Q, just forgot to add to my calendar!  So, a plan was put together to return to the #mothership and use many of the fun features of this most historic AO.
As 0700 struck, just Mutton and YHC were staring at each other.  Talks of coffee, who usually posts and weren’t there, and some random texts Mutton got from Zima saying he had the Q for today but the calendar said Boo Boo did.  (neither of those things is true, we think he raided Pony’s stash of Fireball yesterday)
But then Boo Boo and Picnic Basket rolled in, neither can be rushed.  Since IS is a friendly AO filled with pax who just want to “check the exercise” box (nope, not done referencing that ‘joke’), we patiently waited.

  • Every time the Q said recover from an exercise, Boo Boo picked up and put on his back pack, only to take it off when we did a new exercise.  The Q took this as a prompt that he was done with the warmorama and wanted to get after it!

    • 1 – 7 burpees at the top
  • Mosey to Pull up bars
  • Col. Trautman
    • P1 runs 20 yards, 3 pull ups and back to P2
    • P2 does 10 merkins then Chilcutt (elbow plank until P1 returns)
  • Dora 1-2-3
    • 50 Merkins, 100 Squats, 150 LBC
    • Since we didn’t have enough for partners, pax did each exercise in one set, then ran to stop sign and back

NMM

  • Boo Boo has stories: we talked about the school he went to growing up, some twins that are friends of his daughter who one goes to private and one to public school, that Catholics get a “discount” to a Catholic school, Ortho and Spinal docs make all the $$, hospital fees for a clinic visit is a racket, the moon landing was faked, the difference between leukemia and lymphoma, and many many other things
  • Mutton is about to get a fancy injection in his knee
