12 PAX today for a brisk tour through campus and a terrible Tabata.

Tabata consisted of music too inappropriate for young ears (ie. AC/DC), burpees, and at least a few unusual FiA exercises. All agreed it was terrible and nearly caused a mutiny when it almost ran over time.

Prayer requests today for Bout Time’s MIL with surgery today, only a week after her husband passed away; continued for Peacemaker and his Docs; and for students working through exams (particularly AP exams) and getting ready for graduation.

Welcome [back] to  Bout Time’s 2.0 Michael Jr. who breezed through the run and had his eyes opened by Buellers? choice in music. No one (not even the steel trap Burlap) could remember his original F3 name.. so, he was formally named again today to “Forget Me not”. That is, until someone can find a record in the official F3 archives. Wink, wink Van Gough! #AskingForAFriend
