Emotional Redline
QIC: BAM
Date: 06/21/22
PAX: Interference, $5 Footlong (WB), Resistor, Manscape (WD), Hitman, Winklevoss, BALCO, Mongoose, Suede
Trying to change things up, the Q decided have the pax reach a different #Redline today. We often hit our cardio redline (YHC more than others), but what really is needed is to push our emotional redline to make us stronger. Even in the face of the site Q’s claim that folks that post to Redline have no emotions, YHC was undaunted and knew there were real feelings under the tough exterior of these fine HIM.
The results were far greater than YHC could have anticipated. Grown men wept, there was real healing, generational curses were broken, and it was the dawn of a new day. Bound by Q-pax confidentiality requirements, nothing more can be said, but it was beautiful.
Looking at the watch, we still had 43 minutes remaining, so thankfully YHC had a workout plan to push pax in the more traditional areas.
Warmorama
- Mosey around the park in a non-traditional direction (an audible moan could be heard from BALCO by this breach of protocol)
- Wind up at the bottom of Runnymede
The Thang
- :45 seconds up Runnymede at just below “gonna pull a hammy” speed
- 3 minute recovery (that did not get shorter in time)
- Repeato 6 or 7 times
- Cool down mosey back to parking lot
NMM
- There were claims of potholes along Runnymede that could cause injury, no injuries or issues were reported
- BALCO and Mongoose, being purebred #Fastholes, ran in, ran out, and modified the workout to run even more. Eschewed the recovery period that the benevolent Q offered and just ran laps up and down Runnymede. Probably got in about 15 miles.
- Interference is part- gazelle (the fast part, not the part with horns) as he glided up the hill over and over
- Winklevoss said the tough hills of Alabama is what made him love them so much
- BALCO evidently has the body of a Kenyan that likes beer
- Resistor and Hitman run like twins, fast twins, but twins
- $5 keeps pushing and did a great job
- Ask Manscape about his nice house along Runnymede, he’ll be happy to give you a tour
- Suede is still the friendliest #Fabricbrother and the fastest

Resistor
Great workout! I never knew I was such an emotional, sensitive person. I like the hills and the rest periods. Nice to have some variety workouts!
