13 Pax started off with some “stretching” by grabbing a pair of bricks and starting off with 25 brick burpees while listening to some classic rock.

After this “warm up”, mosied to 421 bridge/ridiculously steep hill with our bricks in hand:

• Groups of 3: group crab walk down steep hill, partner 1 is dead weight, partner 2 and 3 body carry partner 1 back up hill
• Once reach top of hill 10 box jump Merkin combos
• Repeat 3 times total for each partner to be dead weight once (No bricks were used during this activity)

(Q fail-partner carry up a hill was not only impossible, unless your partner was VG, it was a bit too close and personal for Covid protocols) Omaha to crab walk down, bear crawl up)

Mosey to bottom of parking garage with bricks:

Mission: survive the journey to the top of parking garage

• Alternate murder bunny w/bricks and Bear Crawl with bricks each parking line/overhead beam with one single Burp-up at each beam the entire way to top of garage
• Corners: Brick thrusters for the 6, lunge walk with bricks to next parking line
