YHC brought back an abysmal beatdown from a VI about a year and a half ago (that I repeated from the Outhouse prior #RIP)…Schneider was the only repeat offender this morning. On its own it would be devilishly difficult, but an added caveat of 5 merkins after every exercise really adds up quick. Lots of dead arms leaving the parking lot today.

Mosey to shelter by the big field. Lights were on, which was a nice touch.

Parter A runs to end of the field from about halfway (end zone to end zone) and does 5 merkins before coming back to Partner B who is doing:

Pax 1 starts at home plate, does 5 merkins and runs to first base, does 5 merkins, and continues the pattern around the bases. As soon as pax 1 takes off, pax 2 does 5 merkins and runs to first, etc. The goal is to catch the pax in front of you – we made it 2 laps until Sea-Man caught YHC. Punishment for getting caught: everyone does 5 burpees.

Schneider and Spicoli had a lot of chatter about Blackstones. Schneider seems to be quite the expert. It was new to me seeing Gretel without Hansel. Sea-Man got after it in relative quiet this am. Strong group in the village, as always.
The Launchpad returns next week, & Transcript is on Q! Honey Badger will have his final Q in F3WS at Flatline next Tuesday. As of this morning no one had signed up to Q Parliament, and we witnessed the wheels begin to turn in Sea-Man’s head.
