NMM:

• Extremely muggy morning with remnant evidence of the overnight downpour.
• Mongoose and Interference were out front all morning playing chase. Interference promised to post to Redline more.
  • Mongoose disapproved of only a 200m recovery from the 400m circuits.
• Wink and Skybridge kept a solid, consistent pace that YHC tried to hold.
  • Wink expressed appreciation for the 400m recovery after the 1200m circuit.
• Suede came into the parking lot like he had been watching Dukes of Hazard. He squealed around the turns too.
• Good to see Airbag out. He was rolling right along and seemed like a regular.
• Mongoose critiqued YHC’s footfalls; it really bothered him and now it’s bothering me too.
• Bam is ready for his stupid race (his words, not mine). He’s going to dominate, but still will think running is dumb.
• Manscape, Hit Man, and Resistor are still running, they’re so consistent.
• Balco’s son HCed last night but was left in bed after several attempts to rouse him. Youthful wisdom there.
• A contingent of non-F3 runners shared the track with us this morning.  They brought yoga mats with them.  That might get incorporated by Bevo in his next Redline Q.

Thanks for coming out, guys.  Mornings like these will make autumn all the sweeter when it comes….in several months.

Resistor, the guy in the gray shirt took the keys.  I guess that means he’ll be back?
