Campfire: Pax started alternating leg lunges. 

 

Outdoors/heat or cold. Know you have a good story–coldest or hottest workout, let’s hear it. How do you think this adds to the experience? What’s your strategy for dealing with it?

 

A few good ones: 9 degrees in the rain, snowy workout at Reagan, under the cover until the end, then burpees in the puddles and rain. Good stuff. My take? I’ve embraced the phrase “I’m cold now, I’ll be warm later.” Or vice versa. Right now, it’s like this.
