YHC has been around this F3 for a minute, very thankful for that.  One benefit is the depth of previous Q’s to draw ideas from.  Usually if you go far enough back, the odds of attendees either being at that workout or remembering a called exercise are usually in the Q’s favor.  Now that YHC has trained for, but never run an ultramarathon, doing some running seemed like a fun use of the past 6 months of effort.

Pax rolled in right up until 0700, based on the average age of attendees, it’s impressive they remembered how to get to the AO.  Knowing they have to keep a regular med schedule at their age, we got started on time!

Route 66

• Run down Polo
• at first intersection, do one deconstructed burpee
• at each subsequent cross street, add one DB
• Turnaround after 7, get up to 11 DB’s
• Covered about 1 mile

Doracides

• Partner up, P1 runs down and back to each center service line for court 1, 2, 3
• 100 Merkins
• 200 LBC
• 300 Squats
• 400 Overhead Claps
• (or just change exercises when the Q did)

Pull Ups for Green Acres

• Partner up
• 3 sets of 5 pull ups (or whatever the hell you wanted to do)
• LBC or stand around while you way

Mosey to rock pile and scare away D-Day’s relatives (Canadian Geese)

Pick a Heavy Rock

• Curls
• Skull Crusher
• Overhead Press
  • x 12 IC
  • 3 sets
• And one set of bent over rows cause Green Acres wanted it that way

• D-Day talks alot, assuming that’s common in his country, and they must call streets, driveways up there as well
• Pax were generally not a fan of the Q’s new desire to run
• Singing Cowboy attempted to “borrow” Green Acres’ preferred NC rock, but other pax stepped in to assist in the error
• Pax ran a little older today, only 2 “Ayes” and no “Hates” but you wouldn’t have known it by the effort, just the grumbling
• Site Q was missed, but pax worked well in his absence
