Well…better late than never I guess.
It was another warm morning in #WeFoCo land. Everyone arrived with anticipation bubbling over.
I was pumped to be able to Q again at #Distillery. Let’s go!
Below is all the non-sense we went through. Even the warmup went along with the workout.
SMASH PUMPKINS.
We got through all the PUMPKINS but since we didn’t have enough time to get to the insane DORA I had planned, we started the THANG again but upside down. We started with the S. Made it to S. N….and that was about all the time we had. Circled back up for some quick Mary.
Everyone crushed this workout.
I heard a lot of ” This Sucks” and saw a lot of dripping foreheads, so I think it was a success. Another fun quote that is related to the Q at VI tomorrow…” If i get out of the truck and see the Dora sign as a part of the work,, I’m leaving”.
