Mr. Denzel 68th bday

YHC arrived early at the infamous Mayhem AO to place the signs created by Adobe. (If you’re tired of cardboard, Adobe can help you elevate your Q). Pax started to arrive on this beautiful morning although slightly cold. We of course came to celebrate the 68th birthday of Denzel Washington. YHC, getting inspiration from Mr. Denzel’s storied movie career and digging deep into the Exicon (get your Excel version from Adobe), created a glorious, magnificent workout on this training day. YHC also curated a Christmas/Winter playlist you didn’t hear anywhere else.
As far as the Pax go, Cruiser told a story about the Mississippi Mustache himself, much to the delight of YHC, Go Cougs! Zima was very helpful with pointers to improve our forms. Hansel needed to do some Hail Marys after hearing Hail Santa or was it This Time of Year. Zima also questioned what Christmas was like at the home of YHC. Crash of course knew the John Denver and Muppets song. Adobe started laughing about half way through the Christmasnite parody song. Workbench was looking out for Zima during the Dirty Harry.

- Glory: 6 Foxhole, 8 Warhammer, Toy Soldier to top of hill, 6 Foxhole, 8 Warhammer, mosey down hill
- Remember the Titans: Back at lower parking lot, the Clowney (7 sets of 4 jumping lunges, 4 merkins IC)
- Mosey to main parking lot
- Training Day: Dirty Harry down the lot (crab walk with extending leg each step). YHC called Omaha since we had more to do
- The Magnificent Seven: San Antonio Shuffle back down the lot (left lunge, right lunge, burpee, plankjack)
- Man on Fire: Bear Crawl Ring of Fire (circle up, bearcrawl clockwise, YHC calls halt, each Pax does 10 merkins while other plank)
