YHC has been running more on Fridays, so the idea this morning was to travel a lot this morning. YHC loves the skyline at Bailey Park, and thought it might be nice to enjoy the view a little more up. Lose than normal: hello parking deck!

  • YHC took us out, lifting up prayer requests, and giving thangs for our city and this thing called F3.

 

NMM

  • The watch said 1.5 miles traveled, but that concrete parking deck made it seem more like 2!
  • Bear Hunts don’t happen enough! (Thanks Spicoli for reminding YHC what they are called “officially”)
  • 8 major parts to this beatdown including Warmorama and Mary, the PAX really got it done this morning!!
  • The AMRAP burpees were a crowd pleaser
  • The run up the deck was about two stories taller than YHC remembered… #Cobains
  • YHC partnered with the recently turned 55-year old @Starfish and enjoyed some good 2ndF on the moseys. Reminiscing about his 9 years of F3, (46 when he started!), and YHC being at 7 years now.
  • Spicoli was only a little late. #TClaps
  • Crash made it it out to his second Q of YHCs for the week! #Rare He also doubled down at Alcatraz the next day. #Beast
  • Chick Flick could be seen casually running into the launch site from an EC run; he is now being pushed to take over as Site Q for Urban Assault. #VoteYes
  • Until Chick Flick takes over, Post Hole continues to hold down the fort as site Q. BTW, post hole is a fast hole, even if he won’t admit it.
  • Drip lost a spring or something from his knee brace during our Wall sit… #TimeForAnUpgrade
  • Frostbite also made it out to his second Q from YHC for the week! #Double Rare
  • Having both Dixon men present at a beatdown is quite an honor!

 

Thanks for posting with YHC, gentlemen! You handled YHCs crazy ideas quite well and with nary a complaint! Best part of my day.
