Impossible situation

Started out easy
side straddle hop where I almost immediately lost count due to Palin smack talk

To the intimidator!
Started with 10 Superman and 20 calf raises, ran up the hill to the first stop sign, same thing and we circled to the other intersections doing the same thing until returned to intimidator main spot. Ah ha! Spicoli arrived! Ten burpees waiting for him to catch up.
The pax then walked down to the bench area for
25 left leg step ups
25 right
25 left 25 right
25 squats
25 lunges each leg
25 jump squats
25 monkey humpers
25 squats again
To the track!
Each point (long ways) of the track we did
20 merkins
20 world war 2
20 low flutters
20 heels to heaven.
Then run to the other side of track and repeat. Ran the track three times then finished with the made up part of the workout

closing-I didn’t say a prayer today. I wanted to make some remarks instead. It hit me the other night as I was getting the little one to relax at like two am. She finally did and it was so good to look around at both dogs, calm and passed out, my wife happy and healthy able to relax, and then my baby asleep in my arms. At that point in my life everything was right. Things don’t last forever, so as a thought for the weekend, take time to stop and actually appreciate what you have. So many of us are guilty of always pushing so hard to gain more and more we don’t enjoy what’s right in front of us. So I encourage you dudes, go home crack a cold beverage of your choice and just appreciate what’s there. Cheers
