Burns and Crash organized a site q switcheroo some time ago. This day was the day. Thinking we’d be celebrating a successful rocket launch from the night / early morning before but the launch did not happen.
The launchpad is a really nice AO, and if I wasn’t site Q for iron throne YHC would go more often!
Wobegon and I did some standard warmup exercises.
YHC repeated a tabata mosey timer but we used the dirt track @ launchpad for the 30 min. Exercises the same as those from Mayhem on 3/15/2023, 45 seconds exercise 30 second mosey.
Exercises were:
side straddle hops, merkins, wwiis, plank jacks, shoulder taps, american hammers, burpees, superman (pulse or hold), heels to heaven, squats, hand release merkins, mountain climbers, monkey humpers, carolina dry docks, low flutter, inchworm, low plank, banana, alternating bird dog, donkey kick, freddie mercs, j los, diamond merkins, crunchy frog, lbc’s. This was about 30 min or so. All the exercises were built in.
Music this time was if I recall through the phone or a speaker and we had a choice of music from elvis or classic hits. Wobegon chose the classic hits. Here they are if you want to give a listen:
We finished up with a bit of work at the tables. right and left leg stepups, maybe some dips, irkins, etc.
More 1:1 2nd F in this workout which was nice. We talked about kids, m’s, school and YHC asked some questions about future internships for 2.0 who is currently in college. Great opportunity to catch up with Wobegon. I remarked the close to 2 years where Q’ing workouts would be preceded with stress and anxiety for me seem to be over, and that is a blessing. Would like to say the same about the stress of work, manageable but difficult.
Speaking of catching up. YHC is caught up with all uncompleted backblasts with this one.
