WIB returned to Thruway, and six of the Dash’s finest joined YHC.

The Thang

On the weinke, there was list of exercises and rep count for each, respectively.  First round, do the first exercise and run around one end of the strip.  Second round, do the first and second exercises and run around the opposite end of the strip.  Carry on until time.

Exercises were:

Dive Bombers x 10

Side crunches x 10 on each side

SSHs x 30

Crunch Frog x 20

Hand-Release Burpees

Mutton Crunch x 10 on each side

Mtn Climbers x 30

V-Ups x 20

Shoulder Tap (Left + Right) Merkins x 10

Announcements:

  • Blood Drive was on 2/18.
  • VG has WIB Q next week.

Prayer Requests:

  • Pax experiencing sickness and / or treatment.
  • Pax who have recently had births in their families.
  • Pax and others experiencing grief.

YHC took us out.

NMM:

  • Mobile pullup bars are now on VG’s weekend to do list. Imagine if we could just temporarily stick some bars on the backside of J. Crew at a future WIB
  • Drama Queen is amazing and his presence was an encouraging blessing. He said he “needed” all of the running today, which no one else has said ever at one of YHC’s Qs.
  • Crash got some EC miles in beforehand and kept DQ company during the workout. He appeared to be giving VG some words after COT.
  • Cherry Pie was uttering some nonsense about being “old”. He’s going to need to show his evidence because there was nothing old about his performance this morning.
  • Bevo and Burns both HCed and were neck and neck most of the morning. Great to see them both.
  • The CFA end of the backside of the shops appears to have been recently paved. The opposite end behind Southern Home featured what appeared to be an arrangement of garbage receptacles.
  • The conclusion of our time was punctuated with a beautiful pink sky in the east that made it all seem worth it.

Root Canal!  Where are you?  I handed the keys off to VG since he has Q next week.  Everyone should expect less running and a lot of bear crawling.
