Why yes in fact we did bearcrawl around the entire elementary school

YHC thinks a lot of pax were intrigued by my preblast. I truly thought I had come up with an idea that would get me banned from ever Qing Parliament again. It was diabolical. It went like this.
After the core principles and mission statement were recited, we did SSH, Hillbillies, and Michael Phelps x12 IC (for root canal)
Then we began to bearcrawl. We bearcrawled, and bearcrawled some more, and then kept bearcrawling until we bearcrawled around the whole building. We stopped 15 times along the way to do some exercises. The exercises were 5 merkins, 10 squats, 15 SSH, and 20 LBCs. At each stop we added/subtracted an exercise to the tune of

We finished up WAY faster than YHC anticipated so we grabbed blocks and circled up for

- 10 curls IC, 10 goblet squats OYO
Then we returned the blocks and circled up for Mary by committee. Low flutters, american hammers, heels to heaven, mutton crunches, then the trifecta of pickle pounders, Alabama prom dates, and monkey humpers. Adobe finished us up with some ring of fire merkins.

Despite my best efforts to conceal the plan from the pax, the jig was up as soon as I called for the second bear crawl. “Are we bearcrawling around the whole school??” Yes. Yes we are.
Some pax opted to lunge walk the entire time. Boomerang claimed he had a lot of waving today at work, so he couldn’t bear crawl. Others didn’t offer any excuse. Modify as necessary, I guess.
YHC was not kicked out of Parliament. If burpees were one of the exercises, then maybe. If all pax had bearcrawled the whole time, then maybe. I’m not bitter.
The total distance was appx. 0.45 mi bearcrawled.

There are workouts coming up that pax are Qing, including but not limited to Goofy at Purgatory, Zima at Mayhem, and Adobe at The Distillery.
