On the day that T was born the angels got together, and decided to make a dream come true, so they sprinkled star dust in her hair…
So the boys assembled with great reverence at Sherwood Plaza to pay their respects. A preamble was given to look for the best parts of their spouse, and they will find it. And when they speak affirmative words and do things that affirm that in their spouse, their spouse will exhibit more and more of those attributes and it will crowd out and snuff out the less attractive attributes and you will only fall more in love and well, I could have kept going, but I was getting a little weepy, so,
WARMORAMA: SSH, Whirlies, ISTs, stretchy stretches that toed up to her social security numbers, then,
THE THANG: Mosey to the four corners and in each corner we did 22 of each exercise…at home base, merkins, boot strap squats, and gas pumps; at the first corner, dips, derkins, glute bridges, and heels to Heaven; at the second corner, Mike Tysons, people’s chair(60 seconds), and pickle pounders; at the third corner, we did hand release merkins, Lt. Dans, and WW IIs. We made three circuits before we got to home base for 60 burpees(surprise! her age).
ANNOUNCEMENTS: June 11 golf outing(see Drama Queen), Van Gogh donating $30 for everyone that triples down this Saturday at River Oaks.
COT: Praying for recovery for all the walking wounded and thanks for the authority and strength that comes from men getting together in a unified way.
MNM: A crew of parking lot folks descended on the parking lot about 5 minutes after I left cardboard at all the corners and removed them, much to my chagrin, but I had an extra list in my car, so all was not lost. As everyone else understands, this group of men are the second best part of my day and it is my honor to be included among them. Dr. Toot, I left the keys in the parking lot and the cleaning crew took them.
