Mosey to Train Tracks: ladder 9 and 1 Pull Ups and Mike Tysons
Mosey through the Coal Pit and up the stairs to top of hill; ladder 9 and 1 WWIIs and Burpees
Mosey to entrance to Long Branch Trail at the cobblestone hill: 50 SSHs, bear crawl half way down hill. 50 Squats. Murder Bunny to bottom. 50 dips on benches. Murder Bunny half way up hill. 50 squats. Bear Crawl to top.
Mosey to Launch … a little bit of Mary. Finish!
A great group of guys today. Lot of hard work and the conversation did not disappoint. YHC is super excited that he got to introduce Murder Bunnies to Mittens. He really like them and gave 150%. He looked more like a Murder Panther pouncing on some prey. Nice to meet Gold Watch. Apparently he live in W-S, moved to FLA, met a lady friend OL from W-S…and now he is back (somewhat).
COT: Pray for Mitten’s wife in the final month of pregnancy, Gold Watch’s daughter (also pregs), Safe Travels for Chick Flick’s romantic Spa-cation in Iceland with his girlfriend, and YHC trip to Togo. I guess you can also pray for Boomer-rang. He is going to Uganda and Kenya on a mission minded trip also. (He only posted for Old Man Coffee post workout so I am not sure about putting him in the official backblast…but still keep him in your prayers.)
