YHC went and did the blockchain technology on this day at TRQ. All the PAX circled up for warmup, we did various things on the way back to the rocks then did the blockchain technology all the way around the area – pax carry a rock and the pax walk slowly, peloton style. The person in the back walks up to the front and calls an exercise which everyone does. Can be something involving a block or not. Can’t recall much more from this one but wanted to document it for the backblast! wobegon, singing cowboy, bam I think with YHC? passed green acres running in and out. Something strange has happened with TRQ on the F3 google calendar. Many of the old ones have disappeared maybe sometime in June and before, and many of them are now 5:30 to 6:30 each Thurs. Not sure what’s up. Thanks for the opportunity to lead.
