It was another beautiful in the #WeFoCo rainforest. Rain all week ( Rubber Ducky’s favorite ), and our crazy Spring in NC continues. Let’s get it on!

And just as the rain started, we headed to the Shelter ( Cooking Still ). I did promise a dry, but maybe not “dry” morning.
The THANG:
Seeking inspiration from the Googles, I found a few different sources of inspiration. ” The Punisher”.
I had mentioned to Cruiser that a part of this beatdown reminded me of a ” Death By Burpee ” routine he had put in at VI one week, only slightly modified. 😉

Between the Burpees and then holding Al Gore, OUCH. I thought it would offer more of a rest, but I was wrong!
At about the 13th set, I decided to go to the 2nd part of the routine. There was a slight mutiny led by Rubber Ducky and Cruiser who opted to finish out set 14 and 15 ( #HIM’s; or maybe just a rematch from the rock war they had at Mayhem ). I allowed it, but reminded them that on top of the EC Burpees they were doing, they needed to make sure they caught up with the rest of us. Of course, they did!
We did the 16-20 Min sets, after finished with reps the PAX would hold plank until time for the next minute change.
We did the 26-30 Min sets, after finished with reps the PAX would do squats until time for the next minute change.
With 3 minutes left, we cut it short and went to some Mary.

There’s a lot of need out there and sometimes it can be as simple as a ” Hello, how’s your day going? ”
