Those 5 exercises are ONE Hopscotch. The exercise and the playlist are in anticipation of the Qs rock and roll road trip to Raleigh tomorrow for this crazy music festival. A good mix of bands I saw 30 years ago and bands I’ve never heard of. 12:30 am start time for Cro-Mags? Tired old punks can’t handle that! Anyway…
Mosey to the smaller parking lot:
- Mosey to each corner, perform one hopscotch routine. at each corner, 5 rounds
Back to Start: let’s take advantage of having 3 (as De La Soul points out, the magic number) with a 3-man Grinder
- 20 Carolina Dry Docks
- Big Boy Sit Ups
- Heels To Heaven
After 5-6 minutes of this, we mosey up the Road To Nowhere and back to start for 7 good minutes of Mary and stretching. End with 5 merkins OYO and done.
