The PAX swelled to a niner over the course the beatdown. The weather was pretty ideal. The companionship was exceptional.
WARMORAMA: SSH, Abe Vigodas, IST, Grass Grabbers, Hillbillys, Stretchy stretches.
THE THANG: Meandered to the playground for the 1,2,3,4, Dora of 100 pull ups under the swings, 100 pickle pounders, 100 WW IIs, 300 bootstrap squats.
Moved a few steps to the picnic tables for a version of seven layer of dips… 16 dips, 10 erkins, 16 dips, 15 derkins, 16 dips, 15 L leg step ups, 16 dips, 10 burpees, 16 dips, 15 merkins, 16 dips, 10 burpees, 16 dips, 17 R leg step ups, 16 dips, 10 burpees.
Went up the steps to the circle for a poorly thought out tabata. 2 minutes of monkey humpers, 30 second rest, 2 minutes of prom dates, 30 seconds of rest, 2 minutes of pickle pounders, and then against my better judgment, we cycled back through those three inappropriate exercises a second time. Running out of time, we returned to the start for 60 second people’s chair and a few minutes of Mary.
COT: Palin with praises for being almost intact after being rear ended while on his motorcycle, and although the driver left the scene, there were dozens of others that saw to his safety and provided assistance with the police. Prayers that we would not take up permanent residence in the valleys.
NMN: First time meeting Quagmire and he is a great fit and a high end performer and can’t wait to improve to his level. Spicoli set a new record for timely arrival. Red Baron hasn’t missed a beat, the alpha and the happiest. Lamb Chop was happy to stir up Palin and Palin was happy to oblige. Drip Mona Lisa’ed the whole time, unflappable. Yukon created the most mumble chatter as he was not having any of the PAX as line leader, he was going to be all time line leader or there would be hell to pay, so not wanting an all out Qtiny, we agreed and afterward, all was well. 2 rounds of two minutes of pickle pounders was not a good idea.
