YHC reached out to the Site Q yesterday after having #fartsacked to ask if he still needed a Q today.  He said he did, so my #accountability plan was in place!  Cooler temps, darker mornings, and warmer beds can make it more tempting to rollover instead of taking the #redpill.  If you share this same affliction, YHC encourages you to find creative ways to help make sure you post!  It doesn’t have to be signing up to Q, but you do you.

A great mixture of esteemed pax gathered to see what was in store, one donned their heinous Clemson sweatshirt to make sure the Q wouldn’t slack off and take it easy on them.  As is well documented (in my own mind), that YHC loves the “ease” of exercise sets with silly names – helps in the planning to make things go faster!

  • Wobegon: Well, he was a folk singer, I think swapped digits with the Beatles or something.
  • Mutton: “Wasn’t Charles Bronson one of the Little Rascals?”
