The bat signal went out to the Elizebeth Avenue mafia (Razzie & Snooki) about an F3 workout that was closer than the inhabitants’ bathrooms, although there was confusion on the part of one (Snooki) about there being multiple roaming workouts in the regional portfolio.  It was too close for them to resist, and they were joined by an awesome contingent of pax for a hArdmore Run ‘n Gun.

Warmarama:

None, though Bevo protested at both the absence of SSHs and the mission statement.  Will try to do better.

The Thang (Gun)

Gather under the circular AARP covering for Tabata.  Seven pieces of cardboard awaited the pax.  Forty-five seconds on with 15 seconds to rest and rotate clockwise around the circle.  Repeato until time.

• Alternating Lunges

Time.

NMM:

• Van Gogh, absent due to a work trip to Denver (aka skiing), goaded YHC into the backblast for a running workout. Happy to oblige.
• JB is moved into his new house which “is only 20 minutes away from anything in the Dash at 5 a.m.”.
• Closer had to depart early but had kind words for the Q’s organization and planning.
• BooBoo, Burlap, and Mutton started early and then waited for the rest of the pax to finish. They are faster than they know.
• Razzie was early (on-time). He and Crash were cranking along the dark streets.
• Snooki claimed to have been resting a tweaked calf, but you couldn’t tell it. He, Bevo, and Turnover were out front setting down a rapid pace.  Yes, both Bevo and Turnover were seen in the same place at the same time.
  • Turnover had high praise for the Ardmore neighborhood. He should see it and the beautiful leaves in the daylight.
• ‘Bout Time, Closer, and Woodpecker were just behind the lead trio, pushing themselves.
• Great to be with you, men. Thank you for letting me lead and for leading me so many times.  Hope everyone has a great week.
• Closer, the keys dropped out of my pocket when we crossed Ebert. I’ll get them back to you shortly.
