Then we did tabata rotating through dips, american hammers, irkins/merkins, and squats.

Turnover was unfortunate in that he fell in stride with me…in an attempt to practice more self-reflection, I’m realizing that I had a very frustrating weekend and took it out on the roads this morning.

Spicoli came out to his first ever Run and Gun!

JB was happy to not have to drive so far for once.

The route was described as “fairly flat” but my Garmin and MMR seem to be in disagreement. Stop me if you’ve heard that before.

Prayers for Spicoli’s family & all those who are in the midst of familial struggles this holiday season.
