First TRQ Beatdown of 2024 in the Books

It may have been the warmest morning thus far in 2024 and the PAX were ready to start the first beatdown TRQ of the New Year, so we were off.

YHC gave the mission statement of F3 and while out of order, as noted by the father of TRQ, aka Goofy, the PAX recited the 5 core principles without missing a beat.

On to Warmarama-IST, Arm Swirlies, Whirlies, Abe Vigodas and SSH

Mosey to the Lido Deck: Elevens-Math always an issue on this this one for the YHC, anyway, on deck start with 10 Dips, mosey down the steps 1 Merkin-continued adding/subtracting until 1 Dip and 10 Merkins!

Mosey to the Rock Pile, select a challenging rock and meet under the light pole. Starting at the top of the circle 5 curls, 5 bench press, 5 skull crashers and 5 bent over rows. John Cusack counterclockwise quarter of the way increase reps by 5 and continue increasing at each quarter turn by 5 until back the light pole.

Leave rocks and head to wall for Wall Sits. 10 Mike Tysons down the line while PAX hold the Wall Sit (crowd pleaser).

Return to rocks and repeato, clockwise starting at 20 reps and decreasing by 5 at each quarter turn down to 5 reps.

Return rocks, back to light pole, for ring of fire-5 Monkey Humpers around the ring.

Head back for Mary-LBC, APD’s (not in final CFP game) and Big T (not in final CFP game).

Done!

Great to be with the fine gentlemen of TRQ and the men of WIB this AM. Not sure how long the WIB fellows were in the plank position awaiting our return to the Start, but they looked good.

Green Acres was disappointed there was no time for BTTW!

Great to have Goofy out this AM (we meet every weekday at 5:30am)

Rubber Ducky is hoping for rain on Saturday, go figure.

Burlap thought 10 Mike Tysons were too many.
