Remember that video game Skate or Die? I was inspired by my big 3 dice to bring a workout to Alcatraz that I did at Mayhem. So instead of Skating and such, how about Die or Die with 3 dice? It was the perfect pun.

We were unbalanced at the end, but we did 99 warm ups while listening to “99 Ways to Die” by Megadeth.
The Thang
Mosey over to get blocks and then take those over to the far parking lot where YHC had dropped off his big dice. The PAX were “dying” to find out what YHC had in store.
The Big Dice consisted of one normal die with numbers 1-6. The second one had stationary exercises: Burpee, Bus Driver, Skull Crusher, WW2, Plank Jack, Merkin. The third one had mobile exercises: Murder Bunny, Resurrection Bunny, Bear Crawl, Crawl Bear, Forward Lunge, Backward Lunge. Yes, all sides were different, no repeats.
We lined up in the middle parking space line and Cruiser did the first roll. Whatever the number was rolled was the number of reps for the stationary exercise and the number of lines we did for mobile exercise. Yes, you had to bring your block with you. So, depending on the roll, we moved forward or backward. Since the parking lot was much bigger than at Mayhem, we never broke out of the lot, but it was close.
When time was almost up, we finished our round of rolls and took the blocks back before moseying back to the start.
Before we started, Cruiser asked what the theme was since he missed the preblasts or if there even was one. Yes, yes there is. We didn’t recognize Sea-Man’s truck, probably because it has been such a long time since he’s been to Alcatraz. Uturn was on time despite thinking he was going to another church. He also like the Metallica song at the end.
