Start at the bottom of The Hill to Nowhere and do the exercises.
Run up the hill. At each curve, perform 5 Burpees.
Do the exercises again.
Run down the hill. At each curve, perform 5 Burpees.
Rinse thoroughly and repeat.
Round 1 (5 reps): No Cheat Merkins
Round 2 (10 reps): No Cheat Merkins + Dying Cockroaches
Round 3 (15 reps): No Cheat Merkins + Dying Cockroaches + 1 ½ Squats
Round 4 (20 reps): No Cheat Merkins + Dying Cockroaches + 1 ½ Squats + Mountain Climbers
DONE.
