Obstacle Course Workout

PAX: Cruiser, Sea-Man, Sassy, Bruin, F3Schneider, Adobe, Harden, Sour Mash, Gucci, Jazzy Jeff, and Drano
It was a pleasure to Q at Distillery for my first ever boot camp. 12 Pax had an obstacle course style workout. Cinder block carry, slam balls with weights from 5lb to 40lb. Sandbags with weights ranging from 5lb-70LB. Battle Rope was fun for all. The Q was nervous at first little off with cadence but once the workout started, he was in his element and got it together. It didn’t go perfect but everyone had fun.
Dora format & Exercises
- Battle Rope -One person at a time leaves partner for 1 round (until they get tired) Goes back and tags another person
- 100 Merkins (other Person block carry runs out and back)
- 200 squats to overhead press slam (Slam ball or sandbag)
- 300 LBC (Other person runs out and back)
- 100 squats to overhead press slam (Slam ball or sandbag)
- Ends with Abs
