55 degrees and a slight chance of rain. Not bad. The pax rolled in, and we circled up. Mayhem ensued. We took the monthly WW2 challenge very seriously.

Warm O Rama with all the favs, then on to the thang:

Table Time!

  • 10 Right leg step-ups
  • 10 dips
  • 10 Left leg step-ups 
  • 10 dips

Repeat-O with 9, 8, 7…down to 5. 

WW2 Time!

At the end of the lot, perform 10 WW2s, sprint down to the end, do 9, back, 8…, and on down to 1. We did this twice. 

More WW2s, but in another area, Time!

  • 10 merkins 
  • 10 WW2
  • 10 Dry Docks
  • 10 WW2
  • 10 Plank Jacks
  • 10 WW2

Four Corners Time!

One exercise per corner, do the square, then 10 WW2s at the start, repeat-O.  Think we got four rounds?

  1. 10 Squats 
  2. 10 Mountain climbers 
  3. 10 Lunges, 5 each leg
  4. 10 Wide Merkins

…which resulted in way more WW2s, getting us to 250.
