YHC jumped at the opportunity offered by Crash to pinch hit this morning as Q after having been frozen out of the rotation by the former-site of Conspiracy.

• Aging Parents, particularly Ziggy’s mother who entered hospice.

NMM:

• Schlitz and YHC got in 2.9 miles of an EC run that included Buena Vista hill. Schlitz is to the point that he continues talking while running up hills, relaying a story about standing naked in front of the mirror when his M walked in.  M:  “What are you doing?”  Schlitz:  “Admiring my 40 lbs-down body.”
• Bruin came out after leading his widely acclaimed VQ at Parliament on Tuesday, lugging heavy metal. He crushed today’s attempt at a beatdown like an empty soda can.
• Frank&Beans and Drip hung together, clearly conspiring together about their nice guy takeover of the world. If only we could be so blessed.
