- First PAX runs around outer loop while remaining PAX do AMRAP first exercise
- Second PAX runs around outer loop while remaining PAX do AMRAP second exercise
- Third PAX runs around outer loop while remaining PAX do AMRAP third exercise
- Fourth PAX runs around outer loop while remaining PAX do AMRAP Fourth exercise
- All PAX run um the hill to nowhere and back down
- Rotate which PAX starts, so get to do exercise they missed the previous round.
- Repeato for time!

- YHC Took us out giving thanks for the rain.
NMM
- 2.6 miles covered. AMRAP enabled some great MC
- TClaps to DFG for giving some awesome testimony about the impact of F3 on his life. He’s a frequent F3WS visitor, and always learning!
- Each of the PAX took turns talking about our time with F3, CP and DQ each having more time in than YHC’s 8 years.
- CP showed up late, but more than made up for it with an awesome push.
- The rain didn’t ruin the morning, PAX got a little wet, but nothing too bad hanging under the shelter
