So I have the Q at Mayhem for June 26. Okay, I google the date to see if anything interesting happened in the past or famous birthdays. Nothing piqued my interest. Now what? Oh, see what songs or albums may have been released on this date. Found out that A Hard Day’s Night and The Basement Tapes came out on this date. I can work on that for a playlist, but what about a theme? I’ll just break out the F3 card deck and use that. Easy peasy. Is there a F3 Monopoly? Someone should work on that.

Brand new F3 card deck. Shuffled before hand to maximize randomness. First PAX draws 2 cards, one is the exercise, one is the rep. Do it. Next PAX, etc. Number cards are 10, Face 25, and Ace 100. Double if both cards are the same suit. What could go wrong? What if it’s a movement exercise? I don’t know, figure it out in the moment. Here are the draws.
- Low plank x10 (great start, how do we do that? Just do 10 count around the group)
- Ranger Merkin x200 (matching suit, oh this was fun, whoever gets to 200 first then the rest are done)
- Flutter Kick x25
- High Knees x20 (uh, down the parking lot and back)
- Mtn Climber x10
- Low, Slow Squat x20
- Carolina Dry Dock x25
- Sprint 300 M x10 (to the top of the hill to somewhere and back)
- SSH x25
- Merkin x10
- High Pank x50 (each PAX counts to 50 in a circle, Fender is slow)
- Rosalita x50
- Luge x10
- High, Slow Flutter Kick x10
Started rough, but I think the cards were in our favor.
