It was a lovely morning in the gloom. Sun was just starting to peek out, couple of cars already parked with more coming in. It was going to be a “fun” start to the week. For the preblast I had promised something about trips around the sun and more fun with circles. Let’s see what we could come up with.
Warm-O-Rama:

On to the main event.
The THANG:
Plan was pretty simple. Someone told me I needed to start running more ( cough cough, 60 Minutes. “Ragnar is coming soon”. ) So we were going to do a little this morning.
Mosey down to pull up bars.
Do 5 Pull Ups. ( First round, all PAX stay together )
Mosey around track stopping ¼ of the way at each pain point.
1st Pain point = 10 Merkins
2nd Pain point = 10 WWII’s
3rd Pain point = 10 Up-Downs
4th Pain point = 10 Squats
Repeato. ( OYO )
Once completed, start back at 1st base on baseball field.
Sprint ( full speed ) to the middle of the track \ soccer field area. ( Crowd pleaser )
Do 45 Monkey Humpers.
Sprint back.
Repeato.
Head over to the tables for some 7 Layer Dip Work.
Dips, Dirkins, Dips, Left Leg Step Up, Dips, Right Leg Step Ups, Dips, Irkins, Dips, ….we did a few more, so it was technically more than 7 layers. Oh well.
Slow Mosey ( AKA.. Walk ) back to the main parking lot for:

So much great mumble chatter this morning. I opted for the no music, partly because I didn’t want to have to drag that big speaker all the way down to the track and I dig being able to catch up with all the PAX during the workout.
You guys were crushing it this morning. 60 was trying, multiple times, to EH a random Sad Clown to join us. Dude shut him down. Not sure why? Bunch of guys dressed in dark clothing, at 0 Dark thirty…talking about circles of different types? Oh well…Always be closing.
Stickers were delivered and handed out.
Personal hygiene preferences were discussed. Cologne at workouts? Whatever makes you happy. Crest is highly encourged over Tom’s. Hippy wives..
All agreed that running sucks.
