What a glorious morning for some sweatin’….Like 75degrees and 75% humidity, its like we hit the jackpot for weather to support a proper #snotwoggler.

The Urban Assaulting pax of F3 WS gathered at precisely 0525, and launched into the gloom precisely 0530. That is also when YHC started the burpee alarm on his watch. The pax would ultimately be challenged to 5 Burpees every 5 mins. Enough yammerin’ lets talk hammerin’

THE THANG:

Do-ah-Diddy Run up to 5th and toward the bridge over 52. Halfway there we found some wall for a Peoples Chair with Jack Reacher x10 OYO, 1 Pax at a time. With Legs and shoulders warmed, we resumed the Do-ah-diddy over to the bridge. At the Bridge over 5th the Pax Performed:

YHC thought that we really haven’t many opportunities to show our appreciation to the town we play in, thought it would be a good idea to salute the drivers coming south on 52.

The Pax flawlessly executed Monkey Humpers in Cadence to show our appreciation and hospitality. YHC then informed the pax that there were 2 more bridges and 2 more opportunities for saluting the city. All Pax enjoyed the Rinse and Repeato of the 4 Called Exercises and Salutations. We even got a honk on our last bridge.

The Pax resumed a Do-ah-diddy back to start, pausing for another round of peoples chair & jack reachers just outside of the Leaf Lofts. Arriving just in time for some mary.

Taps: Spicoli is traveling for pleasure and for a family memorial this week. Rooten Tooten is celebrating 39Years of Bliss with his Trophy Wife Girlfriend Queen tomorrow. Spicoli and YHCs dads doing better on their health journeys, and us to stay engaged with them in those journeys.

Heres the Challenge for the pax this weekend….Do something nice for someone outside of your concentrica. Even if you have no margin, maybe the thought will be on your mind.

NMM:

First Alert and Smashburger, while new, just absolutely owned it this morning. They probably had the best Monkey Humper form out of us all, great extension at both ends!

Inspector Gadget and Rootankhamun slapping high fives while holding plank during do-ah-diddy kept the pax going.

I think Chick Flick and Drip were both sweating, but unsure, Their hair was still perfect post beatdown.

Lamb Chop did have to leave before COT, but promised he was going to do his burpees in the car on the way home, what a stand up guy.

Transcript and Beans both electrified the Pax this morning with vigor and shockingly good looks. I think thats really why we got a honk saluting the city, if I’m being honest.

Let’s do this again sometime you guys!! Schlitz, bring us back some tan-in-a-can! I dropped the keys to the AO in the fountain since its operational now, had to the the stank off.
