PAX: Palin, Candyland, Dr. Claw, Dolly (WB), Five Dollar Footlong, D-Day, Starfish, Greenacres (WD), Pony Express, Boomhauer, Frostbite, Inspector Gadget, Argyle, Ziggy Stardust, Boomerang (QIC)

Lots pre-workout activity prior to the start of TRQ this morning. 4 runners were seen on Polo-Bam, Frostbite, Palin and Greenacres (Bam made a quick exit after the run as he stated running does get things started).  Five Dollar Footlong was working off a 90 Burpee penalty complete with music and lighting-impressive and he was kind enough to invite YHC to complete the final 10!

As we have always said TRQ is a great AO/workout and today the word must have spread to some new to F3 (and younger) PAX as we lessened the average age quite a bit!  Excellent.

Anyway…YHC gave the mission statement and the PAX gave the 4, I mean 5 core principles (Q Fail on 5) we began with YHC’s 6th core principle, not SSH but IST and we were off.

Remembering (maybe) that Argyle arrives on Spicoli time and misses the SSH, YHC held these to he arrived-you are welcome.

The warmarama consisisted of IST, Abe Vigoda, Arm Exercises (4), Mountain Climbers, Whirlies and SSH. OFF to the first island-Lunge walk to second island, Toy Soldier to Third, back to Lunge Walk to 4th and ending with Toy Soldier to the 5th. Mosey to the rock pile, meet at the top of the circle and partner up for DORA.

DORA:

100 Crunchy Frogs, 200 Merkins and 300 Skull Crushers. While partner #1 does the exercise partner #2 moseys around the circle, switching up until all reps were completed. Continue one of 3 exercises until the 6 is done

Next to the wall for Wall Sits. While seated hold rock over head while each PAX does 10 Jack Reachers with rock down the line. This looked good on paper for 6-8 PAX but 15 PAX was a bit rough-PAX and Q omaha’ed at their discretion.

Return rocks and mosey back to start, stopping along the way for Burpees, LBC’s and Mutton Crunches, finishing at the flagpole with APD’s.

Aging parents

YHC took us out asking for us to give the same patience and grace to aging parents and family members as they extended to us when we were young. Also, thanking those that served and those that gave all 8o years ago today as we remember D-Day.

No Ayes in the house, but the count was Hx3-1, Hx2-2, Hx1-4, R-4 and RR-4

Always an honor to lead the PAX as we push each other to be stronger physically and to be better men.
