The Thang:

We moseyed across Queen to Moore Elementary to the picnic benches along the side of the school for round 1 of 11s!

• 10 dips, run to top of hill for 1 merkin. Run back to benches and repeato subtracting 1 dip and adding 1 merkin each round until 1 dip and 10 merkins.

Mosey to playground track for round 2:

• 10 squats, run to opposite side of track for 1 SSH; repeato subtracting 1 squat and adding 1 SSH each round.

Mosey back across Queen to AARP covering; spread out around perimeter of cushy foam area:

• 10 WW2s, travel to opposite side of cushy foam area for 1 Heels to Heaven (H2H); repeato subtracting 1 WW2 and adding 1 H2H.

Prayer Requests:

• Blue Steel has a job interview at Old Salem today (Wednesday). Pray for favor and wisdom/discernment.

YHC took us out lifting up Blue Steel’s job interview, expressing thankfulness for our blessings, including F3, and asking that we might be molded to serve our families and others.

NMM:

• Rudolph is the godfather of the premier evening workout in Winston-Salem and took his duties seriously, warmly welcoming & encouraging Bravo while providing a steady stream of MC throughout our time together. He complained about the amount of running involved; he wouldn’t have liked the original plan at all which would have required a run through Dark Miller Park (and the inspiration for the backblast name).  Alas, we’ll expand the AO boundaries to St. Timothy’s at some point.
• Influencer is fast. YHC was left panting after chasing him around the track during round 2.  Paging @chomper; we need to get this guy out to Redline.
• Hot Dish is awesome, and it was great to meet him. He pushed hard throughout the beatdown.
• Frostbite categorized YHC as more of a runner than a bootcamper, to which YHC took incredible offense, particularly since YHC claims significant credit for helping Frostbite himself morph into a runner!
• YHC was so happy to see Blue Steel out. He’s an inspiration to YHC and gave YHC an opportunity to talk with Bravo about resiliency and endurance of suffering.
• Speaking of Bravo: YHC was so proud of the 2.0.  There was a notable increase in his focus in exercising and decrease in his focus on the pain being experienced from recent posts.

It was an honor to lead, Frosty.  I dropped the keys off at St. Tims.
