- Rock Thrusters x 15
- Curls x 15
- Tricep Press x 15
Four Curves on the Hill:
* start at 5 reps (SC) and increase by 1 each time a curve is passed
- T-Merkins
- Bonnie Blairs
- Dead Bugs
Top of the Hill to Nowhere:
- Burpees x 5
Rinse and Repeat.
DONE.
NMM:
- The merkins got REALLY old after a while.
- Dead Bugs are really difficult when done correctly.
- Bonnie Blairs really suck.
- Yes, I know it’s raining.
