Bottom of the Hill to Nowhere: 

  • Rock Thrusters x 15
  • Curls x 15
  • Tricep Press x 15

 

Four Curves on the Hill:

* start at 5 reps (SC) and increase by 1 each time a curve is passed

  • T-Merkins
  • Bonnie Blairs
  • Dead Bugs

 

Top of the Hill to Nowhere:

  • Burpees x 5

 

Rinse and Repeat.

 

DONE.

 

NMM:

  • The merkins got REALLY old after a while.
  • Dead Bugs are really difficult when done correctly.
  • Bonnie Blairs really suck.
  • Yes, I know it’s raining.
