THE THANG-
Line up at the parking lot facing the school with a coupon! Leave the coupon at starting point and lunge walk (20 ft?) to where my speaker was sitting and do 30 squats. Lunge walk back and do 10 curls when back to your block. Always do 10 curls at the block! The we lunge walked back and did 20 squats, repeato then 10 squats.

bear crawl to merkins 30,20,10
standing broad jump to Mike Tyson’s
duck walk to burpees
rifle carry to bent over rows

it’s awesome to have a reason to get out to another AO. Sometimes we become stagnant and stay going to the same spots week after week. I included am very bad about that. Good to get out and see some other faces and enjoy the company. Keep it fresh! I’m glad everyone was able to make it out on the very cold morning!
And also let it be known freaking tonka showed up on crutches 😂😂 my man killed it too!
