PAX: Mutton, Frostbite, Bagpipe, Hotdish

YHC arrived a few minutes late due to a terrible accident on 40.  Thankfully, Frostbite was there to pick up my slack until I arrived.  There was a brief warm-a-rama before we left on our journey around Ardmore.

My plan was to treat this chilly evening workout similarly to Flatline…Stay moving and never slow down.  To that end, the workout was constructed in a progressive manner.  At the first stop, we performed one exercise.  At the next stop, we repeated the same exercise and added another.  We built up to 6 exercises over 7 stops.

Stop 1.  SSH X 20

Stop 2.  SSH, Merkins X20

Stop 3.  SSH, Merkins, Imperial Walkers X 20

Stop 4.  SSH, Merkins, Imperial Walkers, Mutton Crunches X 10 each side, double count

Stop 5.  SSH, Merkins, Imperial Walkers, Mutton Crunch, Monkey Humpers X 20

Stop 6.  SSH, Merkins, Imperial Walkers, MC, Monkey Humpers, Alabama Prom Dates X 10 each side, double count, one leg extended

Stop 7.  Repeat stop 6

We completed all this right on time.

It was great to finally meet Bagpipe.  Had seen his name often in recent back blasts.  Great to see Hotdish as well after many weeks.

We stayed as warm as we could and each run between stations allowed for a little side talk.
