An open WIB Q in December……yhc was all over it.  And 5 pax gathered to celebrate.

Warm o rama – I wasnt feeling it.  needed to get to the beatdown.  so to check the box we did:

3 SSH, 3 IW, 2 Abe V.

to make sure we were all warm….. 20 burpees

Thang – on the hill to nowhere there were 8 presents placed ~15 yards apart going up the hill.

a single station was at the opposite end of the parking lot.

run to the cones on the hill to nowhere – but make sure to you stop at the entrance to the parking lot to look for cars (perform 3 burpees on each side of the entrance every time your crossed it).

round 1 – crawl bear up hill to nowhere to present #1 then run back to the parking lot to perform exercises at the station  –  perform 1 burpee, 2 Mike Tysons, 3 Merkins.   (make sure to stop and look for cars on the way back – 6 burpees total).

round 2 – crawl bear up the hill to present #2 – run back to the parking lot to perform exercises at the station  –  perform 2 burpees, 3 Mike Tysons, 4 Merkins.   (make sure to stop and look for cars on the way back – 6 burpees total).

REPEATO till time.

0615 – we circled up, counted off……and then Crash took over as Q for COT.  Not sure why but he did a great job.  YHC took us out.

prayers for Root Canal and travel/family relations over the holidays.

oh what fun!  each round had a minimum of 13 burpees and 15 yard uphill crawl bear and only went up from there.

pax loved the warm o rama.  no complaints

strong group this morning almost made it to all 8 presents.

Crash went through the boxes/presents looking for an actual gift.  there was none.  Greenspan kicked one off the hill.

Cones were on point this morning

Lots of Zoolander comments this morning but none of our named pax were there to rep
