It was a lovely morning to venture westward to #TheDistillery — an AO I do not normally frequent. To be honest, I think this was only my 3rd time out that way. @Madoff put the EH on me a few months ago when he was filling out the Q Calendar and supposedly when @Madoff buys you bourbon, you are actually in debt to him. So, that is how I got the keys on this brisk morn.

5 other #PAX joined in on the tomfoolery and got after it this AM

YHC’s weinke was too big last Thursday at #TRQ so YHC recycled some of the portion we did not get to and here is how it went:

The Thang 1: 

Partner up. Partner A to run clockwise around the parking lot. Partner B to run counter clockwise around the parking lot. At each corner #PAX were instructed to do 5 merkins, 10 squats, 15 SSH.

When Partners eventually converge, do 5 burpees!

We did 2 laps of this – mosey on to shelter!

I was able to introduce the Electric Chair to the #WeFeCo crowd much to their pleasure

It was stated that this day was the most Rosalita’s that have ever occurred at #TheDistillery. I think we landed on 220.

Having an even number of #PAX results in an odd pair of partners. At least today it did.
