2 others joined me this AM on a ideal morning. Nothing like some mist in the air, 30 degree weather, and ice on the ground!

YHC trekked west with a non-rain weinke and hoped for the best. Luckily, when I arrived, @Cruiser was there. @Inspector Gadget soon joined us and here is how our morning went:

Warmarama:

SSH – 20 x IC

IST – 10 x IC

Whirley’s – 10 x IC

Abe Vigoda – 6 x IC

Arm Swirleys (F/R) – 10 x IC

OH Clap – 10 x IC

Seal Claps – 10 x IC

Moroccan Night Clubs – 10 x IC

The Thang:

YHC misremembered how big the track was and with only 2 others, YHC immediately omaha’d from the original plan.

We moseyed to the first corner. Partner 1 was to do an exercises while Partners 2/3 were to run to next corner and back. Flapjack. No counting needed

Exercises were:

Jump Squats

Merkins

LBCs

LT Dans

Pull Ups

American Hammers

The Thang 2:

Mosey to each corner of track and do a burpee. Adding a burpee at each corner. We did 1 lap of this so got up to 4 burpees and YHC decided that we did indeed not need to unwind that.

The Thang 3:

7 layers of Dip at the shelter – 10 OYO

1. Dips x Low Flutter (DC)
2. Dips x Box Cutters
3. Dips x WW2s
4. Dips x Rosalitas
5. Dips x American Hammers
6. Dips x Gas Pumps
7. Dips x V Ups

This was a good rain contingency plan, but it failed to actually rain.

The Thang 4:

Mosey back to the parking lot for 11s!

At one end of the parking lot do 1 exercise. Mosey to first planter and do 10 reps of different exercise. 2 x 9, 3 x 8, etc etc

@Inspector Gadget and I were yapping through this and soon we were out of time! No time for Mary.

NMM: 

@Cruiser had to phonetically spell out Abe Vigoda to his 2.0 who claimed that it is Abogoda (one word). We discussed what or who Abe is to no avail…

@Inspector Gadget does not like the new Wicked movie despite the popularity. “It’s like a mixture of High School Musical and Barbie.”  Claims to like musicals, though. It was decided that the Greatest Showman has the best soundtrack.
