THANG 1:

Our fiscally responsible pax moseyed to the PRE-UNLOCKED Rubber Ducky Coupon Pile. After carefully clipping the right coupon a line formed shoulder to shoulder for some Block Carry Suicides. Carry your coupon to other end of parking lot (50yds), drop it off, Run down to starting position of the parking lot and back to coupon. On returning to your coupon perform listed exercise, then carry block to other end of parking lot via prescribed carry.

Farmer carry R-Hand > 20 Goblet Squats

Rifle carry > 20 Merkins

Farmer carry L-Hand > 20 Mtn Climbers

Front carry > 20 Plank Jacks

THANG 2:

The pax Coupon mosey’d to hill adjacent the soccer field, next to basketball court. The pax then partnered up for some alternating efforts. Pax 1 stays at the top of the hill performing listed exercise until tagged out by Pax 2. While Pax 1 is working, Pax 2 is running down the hill around a well placed head lamp (approx 50Yds), running back to the hill and bear crawling up the hill to tag out Pax 1.

COT – Taps for Marriages, some are in rough spots, some are in great spots – we need to pour love on both. LC and M expecting and it’s about as beautiful as it gets right now, long journey ahead. Love them up!

NMM:

The group this morning just couldnt seem to find that rare gem bottom dollar deal they were looking for. They kept using their coupons over and over, to no reprieve. YHC thought surely we’d find some vintage roller skates, old tools, or vinyl records with weird sleeve cover art. But alas, no such items. We’ll have to check the racks next year, the next time this sale happens. No used prom dresses were harmed in the performing of this beat down.

YHC’s Garage Sale Speaker had plenty of juice and kept the tunes going the perfect amount of time, no dropped songs, and all the pax said the volume level was appropriate.
