When I agreed to this Q I completely forgot it was a holiday for the humble nonprofit I work for. I’ve been working full time pretty much sinch 1996 and I think I’ve only had President’s Day as a holiday for the last three. So, yeah. All good! Good reason to get the day started.
YHC sat down with The Google looking for some presidential facts for a themed Q. I got bored of it quickly and just hit up the Exicon for some solid options.

The Cones of Clemmons
At the first cone, do the first exercise. Mosey to Cone The Second, then bear crawl or lunge walk to Cone The Third. Mosey back to Cone The First, perform first exercise, add the next one. Repeat-O till we get them all done. Cones were 5 or 6 parking spaces apart.

The RING of FIRE
- Circle up, hold Al Gore: pass 10 squats around.
- Plank up, pass 10 merkins around.
- Al Gore: pass 10 monkey humpers around
- Plank up, pass 10 mountain climbers arond.
B.O.M.B.S.
Do exercise, mosey to Cone the Third and back. No adding, just one per rond.
- 5 Burpees
- 10 OHC
- 15 Merkins
- 20 Big Boy Sit-ups
- 25 Squats
Mary by committee and done right on time.
