The hill was tough going up but fun coming down.

The gunnin: SSH, Lunges, Merkins, Alt Shoulder Taps, and American Hammers. 30 sec on, 12 sec off. We did four+ rounds.

Lots of commentary about the music, all of which came from a Spotify Playlist curated for my day titled ‘Upbeat Mix.’  Matter of Time lasted a little too long for some people’s taste. Francis & The Lights sound like Phil Collins, to Bevo. Maggie Rogers is one of my personal faves, and when asked if it was Sia I said no, she’s much better than Sia. Turnover got his panties in a pretzel over that one. All in all a great morning. Prayers for TO’s mom dealing with health challenges and for Lambchop & M praying for and expecting good news on Thursday re:IVF treatment. Closer – you were missed, thanks for the keys!
