Van Gogh challenged me to make this the hardest workout of the week so the challenge was accepted.

The Thang
Mosey to Coropening Plaza to the right set of stairs. Start a round with 15 Jump Squats, 15 Merkins, 15 WWII. Run to the top of the reflection pool, complete 10 burpees. Run all the way around back to start for round 2 of 15, 15, 15, then complete 9 burpees. Do this all the way down to 1 burpee.
We had enough time for a bit of a nut punch which took place in the parking garage. Here we did 5 Burpups, lunge walked to the next I beam, 4 Burpups, lunge walk, 3 Burpups, lunge walk, 2 Burpus, lunge walk, 1 Burpup, sprint to the end. Then we went up one more level with 4, 3, 2, 1. Then mosied back to start. Here we did 20 Jack Reachers (instead of Burpees) until time.

It was a beautiful and crisp morning. We started cold and warmed up very quickly. The crew mostly stayed together or at least in groups. And although it was a tough one, good conversation was had.
