4 PAX were lured to Hanes Park by the promise of doing some Redline type of stuff.

Warmup / Waiting for people to show up:

• IST x 10 (IC)
• Whirlies w/ a clap x 10 (IC)
• Abe Vigodas x 5 (IC)

The Thang:

• Clockwise run around HP.  Stop at Pilot View.
• Run up Pilot View.  The 6 runs turns around with lead PAX.
• Repeato on Brookstown
• Repeato on The Intimidator
• Mosey to track for up ladder – 200m / 200m recover; 400m / 400m recovery; 800m ……time’s up.

NMM:

• At 5:29, it was just YHC and Peacemaker.  Last second arrivals by Manscape and Hitman kept YHC from feeling totally inadequate.
• YHC liked the format.  We were able to keep the group together longer than usual today.
• We saw Mr. Hand going into the Y.  Haven’t seen him at an actual workout in a while if somebody wants to invite him.  Just saying.

Announcements / Prayer Requests:

• Peacemaker’s wife Nan having final chemo treatment today.  Prayers that cancer does not return.
• Prayers for Blue Steel recovery and prayers that his mother-in-law is allowed to get visa to come into country to help his family.
• YHC took us out.
