Winging it at Parliament

7 Pax came out on a lukewarm Tuesday morning in November for Gucci to figure out how to fill 45 minutes of time. As always, we started with a #Gucciwarmup that lasted about 15 minutes, and moved into a series of drills on a scenic tour around Southwest Elementary School.
We started at the outdoor tables, where we did 2x rounds of step up drills for each leg, ‘Ercans, ‘Dercans, and dips. We then went into an odd version of a fartlek run with alternating lunges and bear crawls part of the way to the side of the gym, and started sitting for Jack Reacher’s in a line, mixed in with Mike Tysons, Layup Drills, and Balls to the Wall with Shoulder taps.
We then moseyed on down to the track, while dodging buses, for 7’s on the football field with squats and side-straddle-hops. We then backtracked up the hill, to mosey over to the blocks. Due to time constraints, we mixed blocks in with Mary. Doing overhead presses, american hammers, rowers, Alabama prom date with weight, skull crushers, and low flutters.
We then put up the blocks, and moseyed over for name-o-rama, and car rides back to some warmth.
