12/20 marks YHC’s 2.3’s 3rd birthday… so why not throw a party at the old Sears parking lot to celebrate?!
Route:
- .75 miles loop
- Start in lower right corner, run to station 1 in far left corner
- Run up the outside, then RIRO down the inner 5 lanes to pain stations
- After 5th, bounce out and around then back to 1.
- 10 reps per exercise at each station (no increase / decrease).
Stations:
- Scissor Merkins x 10
- Erkins x 10
- Alternating Shoulder Taps x 10 (DC)
- Ranger Merkins x 10
- Spider Merkins x 10

- FiA / F3 Family Friendly convergence 12/24 @ 0800. F3’s Cheesesteak and FiA’s Triteangle are your Qs! Expect lots of Yogurt?
- @Burns originally declared no #WIB next week and @HOG said to heck with that and offered to Q! #HIM
- YHC took us out lifting up our four PAX recovering from various surgeries: Blue Steel, Root Canal, Rustbucket, and Spicoli!
NMM
- The cold morning didn’t stop or slowdown these PAX one bit this morning. The goal was 4-5 laps for 3-3.75 miles, and instead the PAX got 5-6 laps for 4-4.5 miles!! With Merkins and 10 shoulder taps per lap that comes up to a possible 240 Merkins and 60 taps!? YHC might call that a #QFail for not adding a bit more to slow us down…
- The idea was to keep it high mileage and fast moving to keep warm, in hind sight maybe YHC should have “hands on the ground” reps, as that certainly kept the fingers colder for longer.
- @Zima made a rare appearance in a hoodie WITH sleeves, though most likely has in a sleeveless shirt underneath.
- @HOG was the first PAX to arrive and saw YHC struggling to tape down the signage for each exercise before jumping back into the truck.
- @TouchMeNot proceeded to finish the full 6th lap slightly past 0615, #TClaps on continuing to grind!
- @Palin and @Burns had enough mileage after 5 laps and stayed at launch for some Mary, #TClaps and keeping active, they looked beat when YHC arrived so must have been doing some tough stuff.
- YHC was getting ready to call it at 4 miles, but @Turnover spoke up to keep pushing!
- @Zima has the fastest alternating shoulder taps in the Nation BTW.
- @Tarheel seemed to enjoy the Scissor Merkins extra special this morning! The man is ready to Q btw!
- Speaking of ready to Q, @HoneyBadger celebrates his 1 year anniversary tomorrow (which was at WIB for Axels 2 year birthday celebration last year).
- All in all, the PAX left warm and well worked, it was a great morning. I look forward to bringing Axel out for his birthday celebration in a few years!!
