YHC wasn’t completely sure it was his Q after a calendar fail.  After confirming with Gucci, I concocted this delicious appetizer to the pax’s day.  Enjoy!

Warm-o-rama:

• Sun Salutations x 3
• Sun Salutation with Low Lung, Warrior 1 & Reverse Warrior for each side
• Arm Swirly both ways x 10 ic

The Thang:

• Grab Coupons and Carry Overhead to Main Parking Lot
• Merkins on Coupon x 50 oyo
• Plank for 6
• Bear Crawl 12 parking spaces pushing coupon with alternating hands
• Squats with Coupon x 50 oyo
• Al Gore with Coupon for 6
• Lunge Walk with Coupon 12 parking spaces

• Merkins w/ Right Hand on Ground and Left Hand on Coupon x 50 oyo
• Plank for 6
• Bear Crawl 12 parking spaces pushing coupon with alternating hands
• Squats with Coupon x 50 oyo
• Al Gore with Coupon for 6
• Lunge Walk with Coupon 12 parking spaces
• Merkins w/ Left Hand on Ground and Right Hand on Coupon x 50 oyo

• Carry Coupons Overhead to Wall and place in a neat stack next to wall
• Wall squats while passing the coupons down the line.  Pax complained about the untidiness of the coupon stack so we held the squat until all coupons were passed from one end to the other for 4 rounds when pax finally came to agreement that the stack was beautiful and celebrated with the next exercise.
• Balls to the Wall for a 20 count from each pax.  The count did a lovely unexpected accelerando.  YHC started at a healthy largo while Gucci finished the count off with a swift prestissimo.
• Slow Mosey while doing Curls with Coupons from the wall to return to the stock pile.

Mary:

NMM:

• Drama Queen flattered YHC by declaring this to be in the top 3 worst workouts in Parliment’s history.  Tried not to blush.
• Rain remained a light trickle throughout workout.  Sky immediately opened up after Mary.
• Gucci said he was a little scared of what he was getting into but survived and is better for it.
• The mumble chatter was quite low.  Someone did say it’s difficult to talk when you can’t breathe.  YHC personally thinks the talk was low because the food was so delicious and mouths were so stuffed that people simply couldn’t talk.

An honor to lead you fine men.  Gucci the keys are under that extra heavy coupon I accidentally grabbed.  Who put that thing in the mix?
